Does the J&K government have any respect for women? See in the photo a woman sharing the queue with truck and taxi drivers in the Regional Transport Office (RTO) at Jammu. No separate windows for women and senior citizens. Women and specially college going girls are put to embarrassment who visit the RTO daily in large numbers for driving licenses
